We work hard to ensure that you are always happy with your purchase and are confident this will be the case. However we do recognise that, as with any product of a technical nature, very occasionally there is the potential that you may need to return a part to us.
 
We endeavour to make your transaction as smooth as possible and have implemented a process designed to reduce the downtime.

To return a part that you no longer require:

1. Please contact us to inform that you have an un-used part which you no longer require
2. We will issue you with an RMA number 
3. You send the part(s) in to us at the provided address (with your RMA number attached):

4. Once we have received the part we will refund your card/PayPal account (depending on your method of payment) the full amount paid minus the cost of return shipping.
 
Please note, we can only accept parts which are returned unused and in their original manufacturer condition. 

If you have received a part which you believe to be damaged of defective please contact us (sales@unicomp.co.uk / +44 (0)1732 781 400) for further information.
 
Please do not send goods back to us unless we have issued you with an RMA number.
 
Please note that the return of any part does not affect your statutory rights. Please see our terms and conditions for full details of your rights in the event that a product is defective or if you would like to cancel your order if you are a consumer.
